Trauma-Informed Yoga

Trauma-informed yoga is a therapeutic practice that integrates gentle, mindful movement with a deep awareness of the body's responses to trauma. It helps individuals reconnect with their bodies in a safe and supportive environment, promoting emotional healing and reducing symptoms of anxiety and PTSD. By fostering mindfulness and self-compassion, trauma-informed yoga enhances overall mental well-being and resilience.

Reiki

Reiki is an ancient healing tradition developed in Japan, derived from the Japanese words “rei” (universal) and “ki” (life energy), making it a form of energy healing targeting the body's energy fields. When energy stagnates due to physical injury or emotional trauma, it can cause blockages that may lead to illness and disease. 

 

Reiki practitioners work to clear these blockages, restoring a clear and vibrant flow of energy, which can result in relaxation, pain reduction, faster healing times, and an overall sense of contentment. The benefits of Reiki include reduced stress, improved sleep, lower blood pressure, decreased anxiety, reduced pain, and improved mood and wellbeing. Additionally, as part of a therapeutic approach for mental health, Reiki can support emotional healing, provide relief from depression, enhance mental clarity, and promote a sense of inner peace and balance.

Coaching

Coaching for mental well-being focuses on empowering individuals to achieve personal and professional goals while enhancing their emotional health. Through structured guidance, personalized strategies, and supportive accountability, coaching helps clients overcome challenges, build resilience, and foster a positive mindset. This approach promotes overall mental well-being, increased self-awareness, and a more fulfilling life.

Integrative Psychedelic Therapy

As an Integrative psychedelic therapist, Arielle uses the framework that the psychedelic experience is not a standalone “miracle cure”, but rather the catalyst for the deeper therapeutic work.​​

Integration Process
Following a psychedelic experience, the integration phase is essential. In these sessions, clients are assisted in processing and making sense of their experiences, drawing out personal insights, and translating them into lasting therapeutic change. This phase may involve discussing symbolism, exploring emotional breakthroughs, or incorporating mindfulness and other therapeutic techniques and integrating them into their current life.
