Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy
What is Ketamine Assisted Therapy?
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) combines the safe, prescribed use of ketamine with guided therapeutic support.
Ketamine is a legal, FDA-approved medicine that has been shown to create rapid shifts in mood and perception, helping people access new perspectives and pathways of healing. In a therapeutic setting, ketamine can soften defenses, quiet repetitive thought patterns, and open space for deeper emotional processing.
When paired with preparation and integration, the medicine becomes a catalyst—helping you connect with your inner healer, explore unresolved experiences, and create lasting change.

Ketamine has been shown to reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety and trauma often in people who haven't responded well to standard treatments, by promoting greater neural plasticity and helping “reset” dysfunctional mood circuits.
(Walsh et al., 2021).
How Does Ketamine Assisted Therapy Work?
We provide a holistic experience of therapy and integration to accompany and contextualize ketamine treatment. The group therapy sessions offer a sense of community, connection and shared understanding.
Our small groups generally range between 2-5 people, to allow for individualized attention and effective connection in a group setting.
Group work offers something individual therapy cannot: the healing power of being witnessed and connected. In a group, you’re not alone in your journey—others are walking beside you, sharing in the courage it takes to turn inward. This creates a field of belonging where vulnerability is met with empathy, breaking through the isolation that often comes with pain, trauma, or depression.
Neuroscience shows that healing happens not only within us, but between us: being seen and supported by others activates co-regulation, compassion, and hope. This extra layer of community transforms ketamine therapy from a private experience into a shared journey that reminds us we are not separate, but deeply connected.
What Is Integration?
Integration is the process of making sense of and applying insights that arise during a ketamine experience. While the medicine can open new perspectives and bring deep emotions or memories to the surface, the real healing happens when those experiences are reflected on, embodied, and brought into daily life. Integration provides the space to translate a journey into meaningful change—whether that looks like shifts in habits, relationships, self-understanding, or connection with your values. Through reflection, support, and intentional practices, integration helps you bridge the gap between the insights you receive and the life you want to live.
Does Ketamine Work?
It works by stimulating new connections in the brain (neuroplasticity), which can help shift patterns of thought and behavior that have felt stuck.
